![]() 020" Based on the geometry of the geometry it is easy to see that the Lingle Lowers are gen 2 scorpion magazine release geometry. I was able to confirm that the magazine release did differ in geometry by around. I reached out to TandemKross and they stated that it likely does not work because their magazine release is modeled off of a gen 1 scorpion and was not compatible with gen 2 scorpions. After much trouble shooting with Luke it appears to be a geometry issue with the Tandemkross release. Prior to the 1000 rounds I was having issues that were my fault.īefore I even shot this lower I replaced the magazine release with a Tandemkross Scorpion Magazine Release. I have ran near a 1000 rounds with no issues. Bolt catch/release it's Miles ahead of the stock one. Enhanced ergos and compatibility with standard AR-15 parts. Superb build quality, outstanding ergonomics, and a flexible foundation for a versatile platform in the Stribog.īy far the best upgrade you make make to your Stribog. An AR lower with scorpion mags? YES PLEASE! Amazing quality and finish! Took everything I couldn’t stand about the stribog and made it an amazing pcc to shoot. ![]() Don't hesitate to buy this lower, the thoughtful design and quality construction are worth every penny! My round count with this lower is still low (only a couple hundred), but I have had zero issues so far. The Lingle lower had none of these issues, plus its design and fabrication is miles ahead of the competition. Before purchasing this lower, I had tried a competitor's polymer lower and experienced a number of issues with both fit and function. The updated bolt catch is brilliant, completely negating the need for the odd OEM bolt catch spring that becomes bent so easily. I installed this Gen 2 lower on a new SP9A3S and it completely changed the look and feel of the platform. The new bolt release is a nice touch as well. Great fit and finish! I feel like it elevates the Stribog well beyond the A3 lower I bought for it previously. Posted by Justin Stallard on Oct 30th 2023
